Was just sent an e-mail by an “MSRP” dealer that they have a '23 V6 SWB arriving before the end of the month if anyone wants it. The only caveat is you have to have a trade that you’re willing to take $30k under value on. Anyone interested lol?

Drive your lambo over and tell them you’ll take $0 for it and MsRP on the RR

I think this guy had a similar idea

I spoke w a dealer today who said 40k above ask on a SWB landing in December. He said for a 7 seater/LWB landing in January-Feb it would “only” be about 25k.

25k ADM on a LWB sounds like it might have some equity?

Possibly. I was told that the LWB orders were taking 24 months so $25k ADM on a stock car seems good lol

My brothers just landed on Friday, they picked it up Saturday after a year of waiting. I do wish they went with a different wheel choice and color. They are coming out of a 2020 similar build…in the same color. So it woulda been nice to switch it up.

Not a fan of gold cars usually but their press car has been this matte rose gold that is :ok_hand:t4:

Yeah the black on black is not as impressive on the full size rr imo, especially with shadowline trim. I’m thinking blue ext brown int silver autobiography edition wheels and trim

How long ago did you order?

no shadowline?

Hey
So question for people picking up there RR orders. I have an order from over a year arriving end of month and the dealer telling me 45K over or pound sand. What’s the response to that. It’s got my name on it and obviously a year ago no one was talking anything over msrp and I have texts from salesman to prove it but also they don’t actually have to sell it to me at sticker. Right?

I’d do shadowline on the sport maybe, but since I’m not taking the dark rims I’m going to go “classic”

Saw a white big body on the road a couple weeks ago. It was absolutely stunning

Saw a blacked out one today and it was just okay

I usually like the blacked out cars / shadowline trims, but I think all blacked out RR loses some of its aesthetic appeal. It just becomes a brute looking car, and if that’s what you want, great, but not for me.

I was looking at orders and was between grey and blue; ended up going with portofino blue, no shadowline trim. Cognac interior on blue exterior just looks great IMO

Do you have a contract with a negotiated sales price?
Usually when you make an order they will list the sales price on the order sheet or whatever contract thingy they ask you to sign. You are not subject to market conditions or market adjustment because it is an ordered vehicle.

I have the order sheet with my name on it at sticker and nothing extra on it but I don’t have anything else that’s super explicit that it was at sticker. Just text messages from salesperson that don’t show any market adjustment.

Refer to the order sheet. Your car is a factory order you’re not subject to market conditions. Dealer cannot sell it to somebody else. Call Land Rover USA.
