I’m looking for an electric car in Southern California. I’m trying to get one asap as I’m starting a new job.
What is a realistic electric car I can get asap and not get ripped off? Looking at 330e, ioniq 5, Kona, or anything electric in stock i can get a decent deal on?
@Clutch has some 4xes on the ground but anything else EV in California has a premium attached, especially if you want it now

330e is not an electric vehicle, it’s a PHEV. You should be specific whether you want a PHEV or an “electric vehicle” which implies solely battery powered.
Anyway the 330e will destroy you in depreciation as a commuter car so be really careful with that one.
Check the LH marketplace for every EV starting with the Chevy Bolt etc or the Tesla Discord thread for a model 3 which beats the 330e in value retention by magnitudes.

I’m trying to help an older family member buy a new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid or Kia Sportage Hybrid in the NYC metro area. He prefers cloth seats so that puts us in the lower trims.
I was hoping to get some input on what kind of pricing is fair in this distorted market for these particular siblings. Basically how much over MSRP to shoot for in any negotiations? Also if anyone here has these models for sale, let me know. Thx.

The 330e was the only phev I would consider. But I’m going to focus on electric car.
I would love to get the model 3 but it is a year hold it seems. Otherwise I go for the Tesla, if I didn’t I need a car this month asap.

Defenders are so limited and sometimes area based your best luck to get at Msrp is to call all dealers around you especially small ones. No one is going to give you below msrp
