Good deal and fantastic car! Great job! Which dealership is this?

The Dealer by 605. Actually it doesn’t matter which one, now is the end of a quarter, if you play tough, you might get MSRP $70K+ with the same payment as mine! Be tough n good luck!

Really solid deal for 2017.

My previous car was Q5 TDI with $540/m (MSRP $54K) and new X5 hybrid is really an upgrade in any aspect. The driving experience alone worth that $100 extra monthly payment. The room & new touch screen & surround view & apple CarPlay & High MPG & Inclusive maintainence service are all extras, lol

Yes solid deal. Gotta be willing to grind it out amongst a few dealers though I would think. 2 I went to last weekend were at 800/mth and BS numbers down etc. I laughed when the best they could do was $750

Is the 40e plugin hybrid?

Do the rebates get applied up front or lease end?

Did you get the m sport appearance kit on yours?

Please PM dealer info if socal- I’m looking at E wagon but would be tempted by this.

Thanks for sharing deal

Hmm on second thoughts reviews say the batteries shrink the cargo capacity - so this is a no go for me if it is significant.

Anyone know if the gas engines could get 18% discount?

You may get 18% off if you play it right, but there’s no government EV rebate $3000…

Good point forgot about that

Thanks for sharing!

Did you get this on an order to your specifications, or was it on the lot?

A deal like this must be happened on existing inventory.
But not an aging inventory, my car only got 20 miles.

Ok thanks again. Wish there was more inventory around me to help with negotiating the sales price down. I’m assuming the other option to get to a similar payment is to find an xdrive35i that I can get down to $55k.

You can use auto trader to see how many inventory available around you.

I am in the middle of negotiations with a 2017 BMW X5 40e hybrid for my wife and this the best they are doing

Next to your deal it seems mine is over priced by at least $100/month as mine has the M package adding to the value. A bit lost now! Advice?

The MF went up a bit in April to 0.00146 which will be a few bucks - the RV stayed at 55%

You aren’t getting the full discount that the OP did which accounts for the difference. OP did deal at end of month and quarter in March so his discount was aggressive.

Try adding AARP for $1500 off and get base MF to 0.00126

Also need to put full 7 x MSD to drop the MF to the lowest rate.

Finally pay acquisition fee in drive offs

Doing all that gets to circa $746 excl tax

After that your only bet is to get more discount on the car

Seem like decent deals. I got a fully loaded X5 40e last year. MSRP was $79k and sales was $71k. Wasn’t a GREAT deal but good enough for me to take it. It’s a great car.

I got the 2016 last year during the september year end and we absolutely love this car. Blows the audi and comp away when it comes to quality, service and driving experience/comfort. We got it at 599 a month.

Here is the latest deal I received:
MSRP: $71,020.00
Capitilized Cost: $63,737
bank Fee: $925.00
Total Cap: $64,662.00
Cap Reduction: $3000
Net Cap: $61,662.00

Total Depreciation: $21,180.60

Monthly Depreciation (Excl. Tax): $588.35
Base Payment:$687.43
Monthy Tax: $53.28
Total Monthly with Tax:$740.71

Lic&Reg:$562.75
Doc:$80
1st Payment:$740.71
Sec. Dep:$5250.00
Total Driveoff: $6,872.16

RF : ?
MF : ?
Months: [36]
Annual Mileage: [12,000]

at $740 with tax we are getting closer to a good deal!

Is the $3k cap reduction your own money or the $3k incentive on the i performance?

There is a total of $5k incentive on the X5 e right now - the 3k noted above and there is $2k in market allowance.

If your discount off MSRP is exclusive of these (I.e a straight discount) then add them in, take away any cap reduction cash you would put in, and THEN you would have an awesome deal that you can sign on.

Money factor is 0.00146 before the security deposits.

Do you have any corporate fleet incentives as that could get another $1500 and 0.002 MF reduction. That would be as good as last years awesome august deals on his car which I thought wouldn’t be replicated any time soon.

I did not know about the 5K incentive for the X5e, is there a link to it so I can show and use it for my negotiations?

The discount off MSRP might be inclusive of this as I don’t have a break down of this discount!

I am not sure if I am eligible for any corporate fleet incentives but I am AARP member!
