That’s like a mortgage payment but it’s like a house on wheels. Plenty of room, ambience lighting, big screens, recliners, heat and A/C. You can live in it
I could afford that but the thing is a REAL mortgage payment is like 3500 here (with 20% down to avoid PMI)
Were you living for 2500 a month? In the middle of no where? 
I love when these people figure out a month in that they can’t afford or don’t want the car and then expect someone to take the mess off their hands. Thing isn’t even a good deal if you got 20k cash to take over.

Swapalease listings are pretty useless as isolated data points unless you get into the weeds and get the seller to send you the contract.
The monthly payment is a result of multiple additions and subtractions. Without knowing how much they put down or rolled in negative, what the RV/MF/rebates were at the time, etc etc, it’s not very useful.

If I’m paying $2500/month on a lease transfer, I’d expect more than stock photos in the listing.

No,no! This is intentional, the seller wanted to bury some neg equity so leases a nice BMW then assumes a sucker looking for this car will take it off his hands.
Ever wonder why on SAL the number 1 car listed is a BMW? Now you know! And knowing is half the battle…GI Joe!

It is truly amazing how people (especially those on G80 Post) think that the Jahre is some collectible edition.
Totally comical, and the people who paid 4-5 figures over an already ambitious MSRP are about to be so far underwater they’ll be posting on the forums from the Titanic.
That statement can probably be broadened to encompass all G8x’s.
