prob $2500-$3000 in fees on top. It’s pretty bad for a $22k corolla
Down payment that high usually indicates an addendum that the leasing bank won’t loan on.

That is a typo, just so you know. It likely is a .00159 money factor rate. If the money factor truly was .159, your monthly payment would be like $18,000 per month lol. Either way, still not a good lease.
