Good luck closing this. I reached out to one of the brokers on here and hoping they can pull together a serious offer for me on an XC90 as well. We’ll see how it goes.
This is something you can check Edmunds for. However, the deal seems solid.
Sometimes the 24 month deals on Volvo’s do have a lower payment but you have to divide out all of your upfront costs (not including MSD’s) to know for sure.

Not yet, color I liked sold and was hoping for more inventory/more incentives. I was also able to extend current lease again. But will have to pull the trigger on something this month or next as I can’t imagine incentives get much better.

Congratulations! Is that a loaner or new car? Regardless, 18% pre-incentive is an excellent discount.
The sales price isn’t pre-incentive. It’s pre-some incentives. Gotta pull that Volvo allowance/lease cash out.

1250 Costco, usaa, 2k loyalty? Like 4k max, 48k pre, unless my loyalty and usaa #s are off. Very well could be.
Incentives are right except loyalty is 1500 now.
So to calculate sales price pre incentive I subtract 1250 Costco, 500 usaa and 2500 dealer cash? Was told loyalty counts as rebate so should not deduct from msrp.
You would need to look at your contract to see how they applied the rebates.
Bare minimum, you would subtract out the lease bonus cash if the others were all applied as rebates.

No clue. 53.5, 1250 Costco 1500 loyalty apparently, add usaa and 3k cash. Seems like there is more than 5% if usaa is 500, idk what it is. If it’s 1700ish, there’s only 5%.
My math is .95 53.5 (50.825) minus 1.25, 1.5, and 2.5 (45.575). That’s excluding usaa on a 5% discount.
