TX BMW Deals: Spreadsheet Inside!

Any possibility for a decent lease on 2020 m340i, xdrive preferably? I got an ok price from the dealership but don’t mind to work with a broker to get a better deal. I am based in Houston, but willing to drive north or west if I get a deal that is worth it.

There’s always possibilities. PM me what kind of offers you’re getting currently…

Sent you a PM!

Doing a little follow up on this thread for those contacting and not seeing a reply just yet.

Your consideration is definitely appreciated however due to my assistant and my own day job’s demands I’ve not been able to clear the backlog of requests as fast as I’ve wanted to. There’s absolutely no hard feelings if you feel the need to look elsewhere but please trust we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Thank you!

Pretty nice deal considering it includes nearly $6,000 in sales tax! That’s almost $200 of the payment!

Very interesting broker fee scale - $750 and $740 on the same model. I wonder what makes one $10 more than the other :grin:

The fee is $300 for the first $50,000 of MSRP plus 1% of the amount above $50,000.

Those are probably the highest broker prices I’ve seen on here. I think it’s time @michael raises the broker subscription prices.

To be fair, you don’t know what all of the brokers advertising “no broker fee” are making on any particular deal. At least @Electric is being upfront about his compensation? (I understand he may still get back end on that in addition to the fee though)

No back end. We work in the best interest of our clients.

The fee represents the effort typically required on higher end vehicles and starts off at a very generous floor of $50,000/$300. Some brokers here charge $500 as a base even on a base model X1 or similar.

Didn’t know he has a scale. Doesn’t make sense to me to count pennies on hundreds $$.

I don’t. 1% per $1,000 over $50,000 and always round down.

$60,999 would be charged the same as $60,000, etc.

I understand how it’s calculated. Doesn’t make sense to even bother with $10 difference on $94 and $95k cars when the fee is $700+, IMO

Just keeping things consistent. If you’re interested in one of these though I’m sure we could work something out. :sunglasses:

If I were, I’d just give you $750 so not to bother with calculations :sunglasses:

One-pay options also available for tax credit.

Pretty big jump there from 30i to X3M…

I am working with them now on an x1, and so far their broker has been nothing but transparent and upfront, and working very diligently on my behalf, constant updates, etc, should be signing deal tomorrow, hope all goes as scheduled, so far very pleased
