Powdered coated the wheels matte black and am SUPER happy with the after look. I plan to tint the windows all to 24% (legal limit in my state) over the summer.
A thank you and shout out to @Bostoncarconcierge for the chat back in Feb & thumbs up on the deal. I was able to secure a local deal (He’s in MA and I’m in WA State) in the color combo I was searching for, and it was the last 2018 Diesel in my area so I jumped on it!
Could not have done this without the help of this awesome forum & research through the forums!
This was my first ever deal. Learned a lot from this community, so thanks to all for sharing the knowledge.
Just picked up a 2019 Hyundai Sonata SEL. Has proximity key, push button start, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, heated mirrors, android auto/apple car play, wireless phone charging pad, blind sport monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, and 3 free years of Hyundai Blue Link (remote start, vehicle locator, etc.). I was in the market for just an honest commuter car, and I’m pleased with both the vehicle and the deal!

Paid up to get the San Marino Blue…totally worth it! I miss the manual gearbox already, so this may be transferred sooner than expected haha! Yes, really though.
Worked with @Benedetto to get this deal worked out. All the dealers in my 4-state region were ridiculous, so he had to go a couple states away to get a worthy deal.
2019 Volvo S60 T6 R-Design w/Polestar & all available options (minus the B&W stereo… not worth $3200 to me)
MSRP: $55595, 36/10k
$507/mo + tax. 1st-only DAS, with inceptions & shipping car 1100mis rolled in. No MSDs. (Effectively ~$450/mo)
2018 330i, leased 24/10k $11500 one pay including tax and wear and tear, almost 2 years ago when 2018’s first hit the lot. 49k msrp decently loaded, been through some phases visually, and also a straight pipe exhaust (for some reason it made those loud pops and bangs even though it’s not an M Sport), inserted strip club interior lighting, put in a police siren at one point i think it’s still in the car so much fun to use on other kids, coded the car to do a lot of cool shit, and lots of other stupid shit that I don’t remember at this pt:
2019 530e, leased 36/15k $550 a month $5k down including tax and wear and tear, almost 1 year ago. when 2019’s first hit the lot with the new body and dealer said the combo of carbon black on night blue w the grey poplar trim on my car was the first he’d seen before. 64k msrp msport executive pckg, only mods are black grilles and license plate (if that counts):
Last but not least my new ride: 2019 330i fully loaded every package except track handling, portimao on cognac, one of the best looking sedans on the market especially w this color combo. can’t wait to see how the new m3 looks (hopefully it’s a widebody again not too sure if it will be). The new 3’s interior is now one of the best in its class’s now it’s amazing. all i have to do is black out the grilles once bmw releases black grilles for this, maybe a carbon roof wrap, then it’ll look insane. sounds really good inside the car with the sound pumping but outside it makes more pops and bangs stock then my old 3’s stock exhaust had. cant wait to straight pipe it. 24/10k 580 a month 1500 down tax and wear and tear included.
ik all my deals are definitely not leasehckr worthy but the amount of happiness these cars have gotten and are giving me right now as an 18 year old with my high school and now college problems is pretty insane and worth it to me imo.
can’t wait to trade in the 5 series early next year and convince dad to let me lease an M my life would be complete. taking plate suggestions on the new 3 btw…

Did the Costco deal courtesy of @Bostoncarconcierge on a 2019 Volvo S60 R-Design. Low option car to meet my budget, 19" wheels and sport chassis, and the requisite heated rear seats/wheel that all of the northeast cars have.

Sad to sell my 2014 Audi A4 6MT with sport package and Black Optics, but CPO warranty ending next month and the last German car I owned out of warranty hit me hard (2013 BMW 335 M-Sport 6MT).
