It’s sometimes hard to get a good deal. It all depends on the state, dealer’s stock, and volume of sales. I searched for 2 months using all the strategies I learned in this forum. I tried negotiating through emails, but most dealers here wont do it. I tried and tried, but I could never match the deals others got in other states. One dealer in Miami told me over the phone that they always have enough sales and they didn’t need to depreciate their cars so much to make a sale and sent me to a Toyota dealer where they could have the prices I wanted, lol. I finally settled for a premium edition at $725 down(1st month included) and $444 a month for 39 months/12K miles a year, tax, tag, and high Florida Dealer fees included at a Coral Gables Infiniti dealer. MSRP $40,650 Sales Price $35,366.00 Thats the best I could do here in Miami. I also had a previous offer from a different dealer, but for a signature edition at $700 down (1st month included) and $425 a month, 39/12K, all fees included. They wouldn’t go lower. In the time I was at another dealer I saw one customer sign a lease on a Red Sport for $6,500 down and $750 per month for 39/10K… Its crazy, they wouldnt even ask for a better price. I guess people here have too much money to spend.

Jesus they could have practically bought the car for that.

Why didn’t you try looking for a deal in different states?

My old lease was up this month and I work 6 days a week. Driving to the closest state(Georgia) is about 9hrs one way from where I live in Florida. I could probably had the car shipped by the dealer and still saved money, but I wasn’t sure about leasing a sight unseen car. I dont know if that works anyways.

I was just in Coral Gables. Florida is nuts for sure. Especially that area. Everyone and the mothers seems to have a fancy car and money to burn… Wonder where they all get it from?

My theory is it’s mostly older people 60+ who have plenty of money and don’t know how or care to negotiate. Was at a Hyundai dealer signing a lease for $172 a month $500 down on a 2017 Tucson and watched at least 2 old guys get fleeced… It looked like taking candy from a baby to me.

Really? Did they cry and throw temper tantrums? LOL

Throw* and nope sat there with a smile on oblivious of the candy being taken

So then your analogy was wrong, right?
Right, throw.

Xpost from Ask the Hackr’s. I received this quote today and I am still trying to understand it. Does the rebate and cap reduction look correct? Thoughts?

MSRP: 55880
Selling Price: 49380
Gross Capitalized Cost: 49380 (selling price) + 29 (Cap Fees) + 85 (Cap Tax) = 49409
Net Cap Cost: 1000 (cap reduct) +1000 (rebate) -1756 (Drive Off) = 48494
MF: .00007
Residual: 57%
Term: 39 months/36k miles
Tax: 8.5%

Drive Off: 1000 (cap reduct) - 1000 (rebates) + 700 (acquisition) + 587 (title/doc/etc) + 469 (first month) = 1756

Monthly: 468

What’s the incentive? I got it to 48k before any incentives

Not sure TBH. Aside from the rebate, the quote didn’t have incentives. Are incentives normally itemized?

Anyone in the NY/NJ area get a good priced lease on your Q50 RS400? I’ve tried 3 dealerships in northern NJ, and can’t get anything under $500/month with premium plus package (MSRP 55k) with $2500 down and 10k/39 months.

Under 500 with not much upfront. PM me for more details
