Wow… with VPP discount,

The answer is it depends. End of calendar year is pretty big for most manufacturers. For Infiniti, the ens of their fiscal year was March so the deals in March were supposed to be unavailable after then, but the qx60 is already leading better than it did last month. March was also Asian conquest month for GM, so certain models had very aggressive pricing: encore/equinox/terrain. In theory there are discounts when the new model year are on the lots, especially if there was a major redesign, but I think that varies more around how much excess stock the manufacturer has created.

Same here… I wonder if its worth it to fly out, buy the car, then ship it back here. Google says it would cost about $1K to ship it. Still better than what local dealers are giving me.
