Sold one to CARVANA!

After the 48 hours passed I called and they reviewed them on the spot. Took me an extra day to get ahold of them, but they are extremely busy so not sure how long it will take if you don’t reach out.

Ok. I’m calling them now the person I was talking to said that they needed to confirm something with the title. I have no idea what she is talking about but I already submitted everything they needed from the website. I don’t think she knows what she is talking about.

Yeap the lady did not know what she was talking about. I was able to get the pickup email within minutes after I hung up with Carvana.

Have been checking my Chrysler Capital account daily since last Thursday (8/20) to see if Carvana had paid off the account.

Checked today 8/26 at 11:40am, and account has been closed.

Carvana didn’t inform me that they were sending a check or anything. Excited to be completed.

Has anyone had this situation…

CARVANA SENT MY BROTHER 2 CHECKS FOR THE PAYOFF

What banks besides NMAC won’t Carvana buy from?

We do not purchase leases through Ford Motor Credit, Ally, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp, or US Bank. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I just sold an Ally leased Jeep.

Try to sell it to a Toyota dealer. They might give you a nice price and get a more favorable buy out. I see signs from all dealerships saying we buy used cars, all makes. Even the Porsche dealership!

Essentially Carvana is taking 0% loan from Feds and selling them to people for 5-10%.
Pocketing 1-2k on the car itself and then a 4-6% fee when they sell the loan to the bank.
They benefit both from COVID and a nice online no haggle platform.

Hopefully to get an etron!

Registration expires in 2ish weeks, can you sell a car with expired registration to carvana?

Carvana picked it up today. By far my best lease yet. Effectively $246/month for 26mos.

For people that sold a Chrysler capital vehicle has the dealer buyout been lease buyout minus sales tax? That’s what it was for my BMW hoping CCAP is the same I know some people are getting dealer buyouts that aren’t like this for some brands (seems VW / Audi screw you over with market price etc.)

My 2017 HELLCAT was sold to a Toyota Dealership…I requested the buyout number in my online account e-mail and whatever amount they gave me-dealer sent a payment for it…will see what my final statement will say from Chrysler Capital but think that it did not include the sales tax per se

It’s payoff plus dispo fee.

Im trying to sell to carvana, but they said I have a “goldenrod” on my registration. How do I go about resolving this issue?

I just plugged in my Vin and they are offering $6300 more then my payoff for a 2019 MDX A Spec, Im probably under mileage by around 6000.

Sold a Lexus lease to carvana almost 4 weeks ago. Was handed the check for the equity in the lease, and when I called carvana they gave me the FedEx tracking for their payoff to Lexus/Toyota and it shows having been delivered a few days after the sale, on Aug 5th. The financial services states that they haven’t received payment, but as others have stated on here supposedly there are very behind on processing payments, up to almost a month which the carvana support mentioned as well. Anything else to really do besides sit tight?

Toyota received my payoff check from Carvana on August 6th, still not posted, I made several calls and all I get is promises.I’m fed up with their knee jerk responses!
