Congratulations, highly impressive feat! I am very interested, however I am in Florida. I have done many out of state leases.

Congratulation on expanding Ariya family. I will reach out via DM, trying to help friend to join the party in Alexandria VA.

Replied to anyone who DMed me with a dealer contact. I believe he is out of 2023 at this point.

Nice! There was a CO dealer clearing out '23 base fwd for $0/mo pay taxes and fees only. They cleared out that inventory pretty fast.

Nicely done. Did you want all the same color? Might need some sort of flair to tell them apart.

Hard to beat 0/month

No it’s a weird coincidence. I was looking just for non-black

When you commented ‘bulk purchase’ on the calculator links is that because they wouldn’t have given you the pricing and discounts unless you were willing to take 2 cars?

Yeah I think buying two helped me negotiate further. I was ready to fire at 10% off plat. But because dealer was so nice I figured I can get another one for a family member.

That makes sense, getting your <$100/month deal stand alone would be really awesome if I could pull that off here in California

What were the discounts beside federal $7500?

P.S. Ariya does not qualify for federal 7.5k
Poor thing (Nissan Financials) has to back it with their own money. I think that’s partially what makes the deals so good, once the lease support is out - it’s a piece of junk on the dealer’s lot immediately loosing 15-20k in value.

When do you think we’ll have June numbers? It’s limbo days.

I would say regardless of numbers, better deals would be available toward the month end.

Why not? Under 45W all EVs qualify for federal tax credit for commercial use (lease is a commercial use).

Looks like you are right and leases still get US gov money.
regular tax credit - consumer tax deductions are not available on Ariyas. because it’s not US-manufactured. It still means once lease support is out - it’'s 7.5 more losses for manufacturers than on other comparable EVs potentially.

If you are referring to the federal tax credit (45W). From what I recall, 45W (commercial EV use / lease) does not have an expiration unlike the 30D (end consumers purchasing an EV) which has an expiration.

Started shooting some emails to local dealers that still have 2023s available… let’s see if any of them bite.
