Reserved a full-size, got a Buick Encore.

My plans changed at the last minute and I was lucky to get anything.

I had to go off-airport and have Enterprise pick me up at the terminal.

$721 for a week. :eyes:

for an Encore!? Ouch.

The sweet lady of the mural is even dissatisfied on your Encore pricing.

Must’ve been no RAV4’s available for upgrade. :joy::joy:

The other options all included canceling and rebooking flights, and the schedules were awful.

I could have also canceled my weekend plans with friends.

No one but Enterprise had one-ways available today.

In fairness to them, a 1-way rental so I told them to unload something they didn’t want.

Only Budget had one-ways between these two places, and Costco travel had the best rate.

Funny I got a car with CA plates in FL

LOL, alrighty then…I see quite a few of these on my commute. Mostly X’rs and boomers.

Solid. Not underpowered. Loud/noisy. Some controls are oddly placed.

If it was this or the small Toyota suv (whatever 3 letters marketing combined when they dozed off in the keyboard), I’d take this.

In Boulder for the week. Really nice car, not much power at this elevation but surprisingly premium feel to it.

Oof yeah NA engines lose approx 3% of HP per 1,000ft over sea level and you were already starting off @ 186 crank.
