A good salesman making $125k/yr puts them in the top 85% of all earners. Someone clearing $750k puts them well into the top 99% of all earners. Car sales might have a low ceiling compared to a hedge fund manager or a top doctor/lawyer, but it is extremely high for the average person who might not even have a BA/BS degree.

“Sir log off of reddit and go to LeaseHackr. People are signing this same car for 550-575 a month with only first month payment due at signing. Your deal is blasphemy.”

Someone needs to own it.

“Comrade, this is correct. But it is not politically correct.”

Anything that may cut into the pay plan of the ACS mods and their acolytes is strictly verboten on that sub.

What I was referring to was who on LH wrote that response on the carsales sub.

Sorry if I was misleading! I was joking about how stubborn the reddit OP was.

The appropriate response to this is:

“ok then. enjoy the car (and payment  )”

Those morons made the sub private. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of having the sub in the first place?

Just a circle jerk at that point.

You can’t even be an honest salesperson on that sub without getting called a weaksuck.

Its private because of the reddit api thing. Many subs are gping dark today through the 14th.

There’s a big hubbub going on with reddit at the moment about how their changing their API usage fees, and a lot of subreddits are going private to protest the changes. More info is here: Reddit is crashing because of the growing subreddit blackout - The Verge

“For whatever reason financially it worked for us to put 19K down…”
