Hi New here. Hope I’m posting the question on the correct thread. I’m looking at leasing (first ever lease) RR Sport HSE, HSE Dynamic or HST. Zip code is 20136. Can someone tell me the MF and Residual? My goal is 36/12 zero down. Or 33/12. Want to keep payments below $1K and I understand price should be focus to get to desired payment. I’m okay with 2019 or 2020. Best deal for what I want is priority, of course. Appreciate any help you can provide.
@MNVAHKR it will be hard to keep your payments below $1k/mo with either the HST or HSE Dynamic (V8) models.
You will have better luck with the HSE, and that will be with a lot of negotiating. LR dealers almost always mark up the MF.

Thanks, I appreciate that. Doing a build now for the 2020 HSE. MSRP @ $83,920. I appreciate the link. My earlier search on Edmunds found that MF was not available for 2020 yet. Does the zip code effect MF? I’m going to reach out to local dealers and see what they can offer base on my build and post here. I believe the base MF for 2020 is currently at .00156 with a RZ of 65%.

From what I understand LR has the same MF throughout the US.
In terms of RZ, it’s 65% for 33 months at 7,500 miles per year, 64% for 10k miles/year and so on… subtract another 1% for 12k and another 2% for 15k.
Here is the 33 and 36 month details (for Nov):
33/10: .00116 MF and 64% residual
36/10: .00118 MF and 60% residual

33/12k: .00116 MF and 63% residual
36/12k: .00118 MF and 59% residual
