I got one new 2024 that will be $25K over… very nice build.
I got a 2023 EQS 450 SUV lease ending in less than 60 days. I might pull the trigger on any EQS SUV with a dark interior at less than $650 a month with low DAS.
I’d also consider other electric or PHEV SUVs in the $500’s. PM me if you have something.

Unless you are packing like 6-10k down those are not $300 leases.
Even the cheapest 3row mid->large SUV which is the Mazda CX90 PHEV is around $6xx
Base telluride or Ascent are way lower than CX90
