Hi! Could you send me the spreadsheet? I’m interested in either purchasing or leasing the Q7 2.0. Can you confirm that the gross vehicle weight is > 6000 lbs? Thank you

Looking for a quote on a Escape SEL. 36/10k paying taxes, fees and transfer of plates. Registered in Suffolk County. Thanks

Perhaps. Sorry, just venting.

Haha, I feel your pain. April/May had some of the craziest deals of the year. Q7’s for <$450 with competitive lease. It was just a little bit more than a Q5.

The economy has been “about to fall of a cliff” for 3 years. Car manufacturers don’t create deals based on what may happen they react to what is actually happening.

As someone who leased a Q5 in the past, on what planet did you ever see one in the 3s without some huge down payment?

I had a 50K P+, and was paying 577 with audicare, 9% LA tax, 36/10, first month only drive off and I never saw or heard of any better deals…this was back in 2015.

Here you go, although LA is arguably another planet: 2016 Audi Q5 Premium SUV Lease Special at 339/month with 0 down | Lease Specials Los Angeles | Auto Broker Los Angeles | NewCarSuperstore.com

That is a worthless ad…mileage, duration etc aren’t included. Everything about it screams bait and switch. For all you know it could be a 7 year lease!

Wrong again. These guys are legitimate brokers that I’ve used twice. It was a 36/7.5 lease. I was going to get it, but changed my mind at the last minute because I got an even better deal on an A4 for 280/month 36/7.5. You’re the typical presumptuous blowhard Angeleno. You shoot your mouth off without any facts, then back pedal when someone proves you wrong. Get a life.

Take it to the PM’s please…

Show me a picture of the signed lease deal and I’ll be glad to retract my opinion.

Don’t know why you got so hostile…you’re link had ZERO information except for monthy payment.

And I’m from the East Coast.

Thanks for responding. I’m trying to get into a long term lease. I make about $1300 a week. My credit needs work but there is literally nothing there but student loans. I really need a car asap. I’m hoping to find something where I pay nothing upfront. The last lease I had which ended a week ago I paid about $1600 a month for the car and I want to cut cost in half so I can afford about $800 a month. Can you help? Or refer I really need transportation.

Go to the Forum main page and in the upper left select “Marketplace,” then next to that selection use the drop-down menu to focus on your area (e.g., “California” if that’s where you are). It brings up a list of offers from brokers and dealers who use this site. Many of the offered leases contain amounts that are due at signing. Sometimes the broker or dealer can lease you the same car with $0 due at signing (just means the monthly payments will be higher). If you see a car you like that has money due at signing, feel free to message the broker/dealer and ask if the lease is available with $0 due at signing. Sometimes yes, sometimes no, never hurts to ask.

I know it’s none of my business, but with that income, how were you paying $1600 on a lease? That seems… excessive.

That’s the point. It was excessive but I was stuck in it. I decided to let it go because too much of my money was going there. They claimed the car was $785 a month and it turned into twice that. It’s crazy how so many cars can sit without anyone using them. People with the money and credit walk on to a lot and leave without paying anything. Yet a person like me that has actually lived in the real world can prove that I can afford a $300 note yet no one will give me a car unless I put down huge sums of money and then still have the car note so high that the person with good credit couldn’t afford it at that rate. At first I thought this site would help but I see it’s just another way to get another car to a person that already has three. Lol. I’ll probably lose my job if I don’t get in a car soon. And side note I have roommates and we share bills so I could easily spend that on the car but I’m not a damn fool.

Have you heard of the concept of buying a used reliable accord or camry? You can do that with probably five of your 1600 “lease payments”, be debt free and have enough money left over to enjoy life

It would not be a bad idea for you to go to financial counseling. Paying down college debt must be first and foremost in your mind.
Sorry for derailing your thread OP but this looks like this person needs financial help!

I’m a law student, my last car was a BMW which I owned and sold, the previous was a Tahoe which I owned and sold. I just moved to Los Angeles and only brought myself and my clothes so I’m just getting on my feet. Of course I’ve heard of the concept. Have you ever heard of “you’re a moron” ? If I can afford $1600 a month why would you assume I need financial help? Just because I don’t want to pay a down payment doesn’t mean I’m unable.
