Gone … they sell out so quick
I been itching to buy something all weekend and nothing. Ugh. Does this mean I’m old and responsible?
I do not get the appeal of gold bars at all. If you want to invest in physical gold why not jewelry? At least it has a purpose other than putting it in a safe lol
They are often used to meet credit card spending bonuses, since you can pretty much immediately resell the gold. Or otherwise bought with easy leverage.
I’m more interested in primer activated lead, brass and powder combinations, personally.
They can even be used to protect your gold, what’s not to like?
If you’re using gold to Manufacture spend you’re churning wrong. You’re typically spending more than 3% to MS using gold. Buy gold at 50 over spot at 2k is 2.5%. Most gold buyers will be buying at 98-99% of spot. I can just use plastic or melio to pay someone and be done with it lol. Or pay utilities or rent or mortgage lol
Literally even guns and bullets makes more sense than gold bars unless you’re super rich. (Investing in true machine guns is actually a really good idea, financially) What’s the recommended ratio of precious metals in a normal portfolio? 5%? 10%? So you need a 1MM portfolio before you can realistically buy gold bars to stash in a box lol
How do you even flex with gold bars? You could theoretically flex with gold jewelry lol
Jeweleries are mostly between 10 to 18karat(meaning there are other metals mixed in it) because pure gold(24k) is not suitable for complex designs.
Also, there is a significant premium on jeweleries because a lots of labor involved in production.
So, if you want to invest in physical precious metals, coins and bars are the way.
Have you ever tried to sell jewelry? if you’ve ever have then you wouldn’t be saying that
my guy sells balenciagas
No for real… selling a gold jewelry is a bitch comparing to selling a bar! And on top you lose a lot of money trying to sell gold jewelry
24k gold jewelry is harder to find in America but not impossible (you can literally buy from Amazon lol). If you go to east Asia, 24k is everywhere. There really isn’t that much of a premium on 24k simple gold jewelry (jewelry like a cuban chain) It’s around 15-20% which is around what the US mint charges for coins lol.
@sharif Yes and 24k gold lol. If its 18k or 10k, you’ll get recked harder than a Maserati since A. Most non Asian jewelers charge a huge premium for gold when the melt value isn’t there. But if you’re selling 24k gold jewelry, it’s the same as gold bars. They give you close to 99% of spot price.
Bro no one wears 24k gold jewelry…. 24k gold jewelry is too soft it will break right away! Thats why 22k is most popular in southeast asia and middle east! I ask me how i know
Eww look at these fake Asians in the ME and the SEA with 22k gold jewelry, how can you flex with that? That’s like driving a Porsche with manual seats… /s
But no one wears 24k? Yeah in America, but if you go to China, Hong Kong, or India, it’s all 24k or as it’s more commonly known, .9999 gold.
If anybody is looking to switchover to the new Hankook ION EVO tires, they are on sale at simpletire.com for 25% off between the Hankook discount (HANKOOKSAVINGSNOV) and the Black Friday discount (CYBERSAVINGS23). This is the lowest price I’ve seen on these tires, in my size, by about $250.
Those winter safe?
