They are a good all season tire. I did run them in the winter on my Model S, and they are OK in wet conditions, but not deep snow. I got about 15% range improvement over the Goodyear Eagle Touring I was running before. The Hankook Winter Icepts are also offered with a similar discount, great in snow but expect some range loss.

Simple question.
Gold spot price is ~$2000/ozt.
a) 24k 1/2ozt gold chain for $1000
b) 18k 1/2ozt gold chain for $720
Which one you prefer?

@Sharif I feel you. I’m from the Middle East as well and I was in a family wedding last month

24k is .9999 gold.
18k is .75 gold.

18k is the better deal because the gold value is $750 plus whatever metal it is alloyed with (copper, nickel, silver, palladium, zinc, etc)

That being said, for resale purposes, it’s better to get 24k since it’s easier to sell IME, especially if it’s made by a well known Asian gold jeweler like Chow Sang Sang or Lukfook.

You in the wrong region sir

I have the Samsung Odyssey too. 49" but not sure the model number.
Mine comes with multiple hdmi ports so it divides the screen into multiple monitors. I use my docking station with it. Just connect my laptop to the docking station and everything is good to go.

I think we will all need one of these

Just bought the wife a nice Viking 10-piece 3-ply Clad Stainless steel cookware set with metal lids via Costco Next for Christmas (gift she wanted). This set was at $249.99 and currently at $199.99 through end of today 11/26 I believe. Shipping is free so only extra was the tax.

Aeron is totally worth it. Office, home and wherever you sit a lot.

the boss must be…really riding you, then?

I knew what I was walking into, hence “WFH” - he can’t reach me.

I prefer Steelcase, but Steelcase or Herman Miller are both a perfect example of when a chair should be worth that much money. Solid construction, amazing adjustability and practically an investment in your physical health if you sit at a desk all day long.

I’ve purchased some of the Nelson bubble lamps through a rep I found on Reddit of all places. He was way lower than the sale price. Not sure if he could hook you up on the Aeron or not, but maybe worth a try. His contact is randy@smartfurniture.com. I purchased a refurbished Aeron on eBay, and it has been a game changer for my back. It took me a good 3-4 weeks to adapt to it.

i picked up an embody from the DWO outlet. $750 plus $50 for shipping. manufactured in 7/23. the sale is still going on now and you can get a fully loaded aeron for the same price until the end of the month.

I have this food processor sitting here unopened.

I purchased it from Bloomingdale’s a couple of weeks ago when I had a 15% merchant offer on one of my Chase cards.

TopCashBack had 20% back at Bloomingdales on the same day, but the purchase didn’t track so I was planning to return it anyway.

So instead of this:

I just reordered the same item from Kohls for $135.99 + tax

And I used AAdvantage eShopping this time (instead of TopCashBack) for 8 AA miles/$ on the purchase.

There’s also some bullshit Kohls Cash involved, but I shop at Kohls approximately as often as I see Halley’s Comet.
