Mansory has a G580 body kit. This may make the car worth $699 a month instead of $599 a month.
What exactly is A2 on the EQS - is it mostly checks, fluids and cabin filter? Google gave me this pearl:
“For the Mercedes-Benz EQS, A2 service typically refers to a specific maintenance interval. It usually involves synthetic motor oil replacement, oil filter replacement, fluid level checks and corrections, tire inflation checks and corrections, brake component inspection, and resetting the maintenance counter.”
And then clicking on “AI for deeper dive” doubled down with this jem from MBZ Riverside:
“While there is no specific Mercedes-Benz service called “A2 service” mentioned for the EQS, the “A2” designation generally refers to a more comprehensive version of the standard “Service A” within Mercedes-Benz’s maintenance system.”
I’ve been to that gas station many times when I lived in South Jersey, will definitely keep in mind.
Yeah, I saw that and that’s what the service advisor told me but $1400 feels crazy high for that. I can most likely do the filters myself just not the brake fluid flush/replacement and any electronic updates.
AYYYY SJ REPRESENT!
Yeah, the older gentleman passed away but the foreman took over the shop. I think he was actually trained in Germany. He’s not cheap but probably around 30% off of what the local dealers charged. Most of the time, he’ll be like you don’t need this done since MB has a lot of stupid unnecessary work that’s charged 300 bucks an hour lol
Maybe you ditch your MLites and go back to being a BenzBoi
What is the first required service for eqs? I’m still under 5k miles
Just make sure the shop is familiar with entering and using MBUX workshop mode. It’s almost impossible to service this car without interacting with the service menu.
Get @oarfish18 to get me a SL for $300 a month and I’m in bro. I’ll even drive it back from California
We need to get @oarfish18 on Benz Bow Tie Guy’s reel.
The guy says “$700 a month on a GLC is unreasonable/impossible” (I adjusted pricing due to miles differential)
Then you got Oarfish slinging them for like $600 effective
Maybe Oarfish needs to teach Bow Tie Guy how to structure leases. Or have @delta737h do a math magic lesson in North Olmsted.
He’s too busy talking shit about @bumboola and his 699 G wagon
$699 a month is an overpay, Bumboola turned it down at $599 a month (fake news).
don’t do the service – when you turn the lease in they’ll just charge you $200 - not sure though –
Mercedes agreed to goodwill the service since it’s under 2 years and 20K miles from when I got my lease even though in service date was older. Waiting on dealer to confirm but looks to be good to go.
Does anyone know how much it costs to repair the broken glass in front of the 360 degree front camera? The camera itself is fine, but the protective glass cover for the camera is broken.
Its around $550 from what I remember. Mine was cracked too and thats what I was charged by MB lease end. Thankfully, I got into another EQS and they waived most of the charge.
Joke of the year !
