does anybody know how to fold down only the middle seat on the 2nd row on a EQS?

My EQE has a lever on top of the middle seat that I can unlatch, but nothing on the EQS, seems they only fold together with the rear driver seat.

I have been out of the EQS lease game since I picked up mine back in Jan 2024. For those who have recently picked up their EQS (or any MB car really), please help me with couple of questions as I try to get up to speed:

  1. I vaguely remember pull-ahead period being extended from 3 months to 6 months (i.e MB grounding the car up to 6 months before lease maturity with no penalty), is that the case or am I making things up because I am ready for a new car?

  2. Does the loyalty incentive still require a lease maturing in 6 months or less? In other words if my EQS lease is expiring in Jan 2026, will my loyalty bonus kick in starting in July? Or will it be October when I am eligible for the loyalty cash because the tail end of the loyalty window will be 12/31 until end of September?

Loyalty requires a lease maturing before Dec 31 2025.

They’ll pay 3 payments, but will waive 6. The buyer or dealer contribution will need to cover the owed payments beyond 3 months.

I just have this, no ring or string anywhere. I can stick my hands in between the seats, so definitely its a two piece for sure :sweat_smile:

Weird, I remember there being a way to decouple that locking mechanism on my EQS. (Sedan)

Not on LH, here they charge like $80k and they subvent the residual so you all are paying almost no depreciation. Why are you all ruining the Mercedes brand reputation?!?!??!?! Devaluing such a premium automobile.

For the customers in Northern Ohio… yeah… they pay more.

u prob right, im at 6xx with first month+tax DAS on this 580, out of all the mercedes I had over the years, i love this one the most.
