To confirm, the punched loaners would not be eligible for the $1500 CA rebate. How about:
BMWCCA yes/no?
Southern California Edison yes/no? (I’m pretty sure this is a yes)
HOV red sticker yes/no? (I am assuming yes, that the sticker was never applied for)
Any loyalty, conquest, OL? And it looks like MSDs are back so how would those help?

The Dealership didn’t apply for the CVRP rebate, ergo you can apply for the rebate given you fall within the parameters of the qualifications.
Demos do lease like new cars. However, I would suggest calling BMW car club of America to verify so you can get your rebate.
As far as SCE, yes you can apply for that.

Pretty sure that isn’t correct. The vehicle has to be registered/listed as “new” on the contract. Even though BMWFS allows demos/loaners to qualify for “new” lease programs, how are they listed on the contract?
