That is a lot of miles for a demo, but probably not a loaner either. I’d be concerned someone thrashed it.

Someone grab this loaded X2, just under $50k sticker. Was thinking to get it for myself, but decided that X2 is not for me, especially for anything less than 20% off.

If anyone wants to try their luck on 340. I contacted them about a month ago when the car was under 5k miles. No idea what they were thinking driving it to 5,026. They keep calling me, so maybe a good deal can be struck without incentives or maybe they can get an exception from BMW

Was overseas delivery, so there might be something that doesn’t it allow to be leased. The Carfax is fine, like I said - no personal lease/title.
Unless it never hit carfax for some reason. Titling seems to be the one spot carfax seems to get right the most, however.
Nah, one year old and overseas delivery. My guess is someone took overseas delivery, drove it 2K miles in Europe and then backed out. The car is on the dealer. It would not be titled until it got to US.
Edit: shows 5xx miles 4 months after manufactured date, so 5xx miles in Europe?

Full disclosure when I was looking for my X4 they didn’t give me the best pricing and I don’t have any relationship with this dealer
I’ve seen one of their X3 loaners on the street and it was an M40i, not the usual barebones one.
So after going back and forth with this dealer on one of these X2’s and them basically telling me to go fish, they send me an email a week later with prices $2500 lower than previously offered. This, after I had already signed a lease with another dealer. Doh! My loss is your gain. These price should make some great lease deals for folks in the DC area. Dealer is Alexandria BMW.
There must be a catch for them to be offering nearly 30% off MSRP on an X3. The rest, I would understand, but not on the X3.
Edit: They’ve got it listed online at $34,909. I’m guessing these are purchase prices.
