I don’t think I’ve ever seen deals from these guys, and got nowhere with them myself.

+1. I’d suspect these are purchase prices and/or over miles, or the vehicles were titled already and not leaseable.
Just a quick search, there are no X3s in their loaner pool.
Edit: found the x3. It was a rental, and therefore titled, and not eligible for lease. I’m not going through the others, but suspect similar.

Most are leasable, and many are under 5K miles. I priced out several of them.
Was the pricing based on lease cash only and any purchase rebates backed out?
Regardless of that, what a couple of us here have said still holds true, assuming these cars can be leased.
Gooooood luck getting them to lease at these prices. Alexandria isn’t known for their stellar lease deals. I don’t think one has ever been posted here.

Max_g - They were vague about the pricing when I was working with them. I don’t think they were backing out rebates, but I was using the LH calculator and they kept saying that they didn’t want to use it. They didn’t even negotiate with me. I told them what I was trying to do and they said no thanks. Then yesterday, they emailed me back to see if I had already purchased (I had). I’d love to hear if anyone is successful with leasing at the prices above.
