Lexus GX460 lease

That would be an AMAZING deal if everything stacked. On a side note, how do i get stared with MS registration? Haha

MS discount does stack. Just brought my certificate in today. Pretty insane!

So how do i obtain one of these certs??

Need a rich relative or friend. There has to be another way to get it though; haven’t figured it out.

Hey Jeremy! How’s it going? Hope you’re having a wonderful day! How’s life been? So we should be friends… Hahaha

I don’t have the account; wish I did!!

Maybe we hire chrispbacon to find a backdoor method. He has had success with Lexus discounts in the past.

Does your certificate have an expiration date? On the website, it says that its an “enhanced” offer, so makes me wonder if it drops back down to normal at the end of this month or next.

Yeah it expires January 2nd, 2018.

I am learning a ton from this forum and would love your feedback and help while I am negotiating a 2018 GX460.

The car we are looking at has an MSRP of $56,328 and a selling price of $53,000. We need to our lease to cover 12k miles/year given how much my wife drives. I am trying to get our monthly payments in the low $500s.

The first offer we got was:
48 months
MF: .001100
Rebates: $1000
Total Down: $0
Monthly Payment: $642

Second offer we got was:
48 Months
MSD: 9 x $575 (total $5175)
Total Down: $5175
Monthly Payment: $566

Questions:
Does that MSD scenario make sense?
Any other ideas to get my payments down to $500?

I am located in NY/NJ and trying to lease a GX460, just got a price quote today and it seems high from what I see on here, please give me your advice.

With everything I see on here this seems to be alot more than I expected, I showed the dealer LeaseHackr price and he said he has never heard of this site LOL LIAR!!!

These are monthly payments all in, taxes included. Please give me some advice, my 3rd lease but first time on this site.

Tommy

I just realized that by putting $5k down I am actually paying more than when putting $3k down, obviously the dealer not taking me serious and just throwing numbers out there. Appreciate the feedback.

I have a deal on the table at a Lexus dealership . Please let me know your honest opinion!!

MSRP: $59,419
Sale Price: $52,334
Rebates: $1000 not the greatest month for rebates at Lexus for the GX (MARCH 2018)
Residual: 61%
Miles/mo: 10k/36
Unadjusted MF: 0.00015
adjusted after 1 MSD: 0.00007

Taxes :$1,227 7.25%

MSD: $475
Down Payment: $0

Monthly payment: $453.10

Total due at signing (Title/Acq/1st Monthly payment/taxes etc) : $3,798

Have you run the numbers for 27 months, that used to be a sweet spot on the gx460. Also, with the low interest rate, might as well roll as much as possible into the monthly. Does your discount include the rebate?

hmmm, Ill get the numbers for 27 months and post my findings. When you say roll “into the monthly” are you implying that I roll the upfront fees into the monthly payment? One of the strategies I believe he used was to have me pay the fees up front to lower the monthly payment. That is what dropped the monthly from $490 to $450. The discount does include the rebate.

This is the email :

Thank for reaching back out. Here is our final offer if you give us fee’s up front plus one security deposit ($475) which totals $3,798.30 due at signing I can get your payment down to $453.10 per month on the premium package GX. Let me know if this works. It also has to deliver before 3/31.

I understand the payment concern. The challenge is if your vehicle is totaled early on in the lease, you potentially lose all that you paid upfront except for the security deposit. The reason not to roll those intonthr monthly is if the money factor is high, because you may not want to pay interest on those costs. But in your case you have bought the rate down with the MSD, so the interest on it is minimal. Just keep that upfront in the bank and use that to help in paying the higher monthly, it works out better from a risk mitigation standpoint.

what state are you in? Looking to lease one also

Just got quoted at $470 for 27 months. I am going to have him run 15k next. What price should I put on the table? $485 a month for 15k 36 mo? Would maybe go up to $490. Do I have a good shot at getting it any cheaper?

I definitely don’t want to go over $500 a month on this vehicle. I would possible if the value was there. The problem is that there is basically no difference between the 2018 and the 2016… s

Might ask $490 a month and say I’ll do the deal if he rolls some of the fees Into the monthly payment, keeping it at $490. Opinion?

I live near Madison in Wisconsin!

I too am looking for one
Do you think I can get to $390 with $2500 at signing
