Question regarding those lease pull ahead certificates I get in the mail from GM. They offer lease pull ahead payments or cash allowance depending on vehicle purchased or leased. I don’t need the lease pull ahead since my 2 Cruze leases end very soon, but I wonder whether the cash allowance certificate ($1000-$2000) can be stacked with the current lease loyalty incentives that Chevy offers on some vehicles like the Malibu, Equinox, and Trax. If not, is there any current benefit to these cash allowances especially if the lease loyalty incentive is more then the cash allowance certificate in some cases (i.e. Malibu $1500 lease loyalty incentive vs $1000 cash allowance certificate).

@ChevyPhil I’m looking to lease a Volt in the Chicago area. Only requirement is that it have leather interior. My 2015 Volt lease is up in a few months.

Looking for 36-39 months with 15,000 miles.
What are the current residual values and money factors on the 2017 and 2018?

@ChevyPhil @chevysalesgirl

I am looking to lease again in the DFW area in Texas. Turning in my current Malibu in a couple of weeks.

Can either of you prove me the MF’s, residuals, and applicable discounts for a malibu, equinox, or bolt. Would prefer 10 or 12k miles per year for a 24 or 36 month term. Thank you.

Hi Phil,

This will be my first post.

Can you take a look at this lease offer on a Chevy Bolt LT and let me know what you think.

Thanks!!

Hi. Couple of questions if you don’t mind. Was looking for the MF and RV on a 39/15K lease on 2018 Acadia SLT2 AWD and a 2018 Yukon SLT 4WD. Also any lease incentives on both? [EDIT: Region is New Jersey]

Also was wondering, on GM Financial leases, is the MF and/or RV something the finance manager can change based on customer negotiations or not?

Thank you!

Ask on Edmunds for MF/RV. Dealer can mark up MF but residual is set by the bank. Cannot be changed.

Sure, this is for the 2018 Acadia SLT2 AWD.

As Boardwalk said, they can raise the mf but not change the residual.

I wish every salesman was as helpful as you are. It always takes 12 emails, 14 phone calls, and a song and a dance to get those numbers laid out.

Yea, i’m non-commission flat rate so I cut straight to the chase. Also I do high volume so managers let me go right to the lowest around.

Good afternoon,

Checking on a 2018 or 17 Chevy Tahoe or suburban for 36 or 48 month 10 or 12k miles using GM one pay. mf and r?

@ChevyPhil would you mind checking out this Acadia offer I posted yesterday? It feels expensive to me but I’d love your thoughts: 2018 GMC Acadia loaner

I’m not sure your question. If your in my area and want a quote let me know, otherwise I can answer general questions.

Question for Chevysalesgirl or ChevyPhil (or anyone else with extensive GM lease knowledge).

I have an amazin’ deal I am about to close on due to massive dealer discount, big rebates and a GM Buypower bonus.

Dealer Finance guy is claiming that cannot go to negative depreciation (like I said, it’s amazin’).

But when I look at a copy of the GM Dealer Workbook I have, it says Negative Depreciation is only not allowed on Vehicle Advance Deals or Single Pay Lease. It says nothing about a regular lease in that regard.

Has anyone experienced this? We are talking free car possibilities if I can get them to do the Negative Depreciation.
