Hellcat, $500 a month, nothing down!

Im guessing Residual is higher with lower 10k miles at 64%, with 12k its 63%

I heard about 0.00002 last month but not in socal

Finally hearing from my people at the dealer, will have the mf and rv shortly for this month.

Finally pulled the trigger on a fully loaded (HK stereo - totally and completely worth it btw, sunroof, blacked out roof, brass monkey wheels, etc.) 16ā€™ Hellcat Charger - 2nd to last Jazz Blue in CA - $800 down, $620 / month. probably a bit more than I would have liked but I really wanted the color and options, Still, Iā€™m pretty stoked, considering thatā€™s relatively close to my 335i lease many moons ago. Thanks to everyone in this thread, especially Ed, though I went another route. (Cerritos Dodge are a bunch of d-bags) Maybe we can have a Hellcat meetup some where in socal soon.

Cerritos manager is a Dbag totally agree, few people that i worked there with were embarrassed talking to me because knew deal was possible but the General Sales Manager decided to measure D*cks and wouldnā€™t approve the deal.

Congrats on your car and I am up for a meet in so cal!

@sub28 has an i8 for $990/mo ā€“ not today but maybe in June/July

Looks pretty awesome. Iā€™m looking at the R/T Scat Pack ā€¦ In contact with some dealers. You can build the car online and Dodge.com and get what seems like a great deal for a base Scat Pack.

Ok i was talking to my guy he said he actually leased one to a customer for 1100 in December. Its insane. I would just buy it. They have two 2016 challengers and i told him i wanted 8k off based on 72,xxx msrp. He said he would work it and get back to me. Based on my calculator its 638 a month with about 3000 in drive offs. How are people getting below 600 with first month only in drive off? This is Long Island NY by the way.

My mistake i had wrong mf. So 63%residual and .00015 mf of 2016 right? I get 610 a month with about 3000 in fees, first month, taxes, as drive offs with 6k off. 8k off brings it down to 610 with 1000 drive offs. Would anyone be open to it?

0.00015 is for the 17 36/10 63%
0.00007 is for the 16 36/10 64%

Thanks. So even better for a 2016?

Please help me understand thisā€¦ Either Iā€™m doing my math wrong or not truly understanding the numbers. HC link for reference: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/671554437/overview/

Therefore 2016 Hellcat at selling price of $55.5 and MSRP of $65,785.

Assuming- $55.5k
36/10 @ 64% RV- according to numerous posts
MF of .00007 or .17%
0 cap cost and just inceptions. So about $900 drive-off and total rent of $15,646

Hereā€™s where Iā€™m getting thrown for a loop. Because after plugging those numbers into the LH calculator I get approx. $421 month/tax in.

When I calculate by hand I start at $55.5k x .46 = $25,530. Then $25,530 / 36 = $710 (monthly at 0% apr and no taxes). Then $710 x .00007 or .17 apr is $722 then assuming 6.5% taxes in my area of South Florida and Iā€™m at approx. $770 total tax in.

Basically what Iā€™m trying to say isā€¦ WTF am I doing
wrong.

$55.5K multiplied by 0.36 and not 0.46

These are both wrong. Please read the 101 for the correct formulas

FML itā€™s always the simple things, Iā€™m just over analyzing it I suppose. Thanks, I think Iā€™ll go have a gander at that 101 now. Donā€™t mind me.

RV is a function of MSRP, not selling price.

Can I just check that you have confirmed with them that they will lease to you at that price through Chrysler finance. I spoke to quite a few dealers and all the ones that had huge discounts $8k-$12k point blank refused to talk lease deals. They would only finance through their own company, they would not even do cash in some instances.

Did you take delivery? Pics?!

Yea where are the pics? *begins to raise pitchforkā€¦

OK - Iā€™m just a messenger here. Donā€™t know the guy, just emailed him. Itā€™s in Leesburg, VA and they advertise close to $7K off (see posts above). PM me for his info if interested to see what he has to offer - Iā€™m curious to see

Inquiry:

ā€¦there are some crazy lease deals are available on Hellcats - like $7-8K off MSRP with 0.00015 for the 2017 36/10 63% and 0.00007 for the 2016 36/10 64% with $0 cap cost reduction. If you can do it, I can just send them directly to you. But they are mostly out of state.

Response:

Yes. We can do this. There are better lease payments on the Hellcats this month. Send your guys this way. I can put it together for them.
