Just want to share my great buying experience with Sam. Same as other people who use a broker first time, I was skeptical at the beginning as well, especially when the price sounds too good to be true. I work graveyard and don’t have too much time to go to dealers during daytime. I contacted several local dealers and physically went to Anaheim Hyundai because I saw they had over one hundred Ioniq 5 in parking lot and read people got great deals there. I guess my experience was totally diffetent and the sales gave me the attitude that they did me a favor to let me test drive and I was wasting their time when I negotiated price. On the other hand, Sam’s price is about $1000 lower than Anaheim, so with caution I reached out to Sam, who answered all my questions promptly with patience. His professionalism and online reviews helped me make up my mind, and I am delighted with my decision. Everything was as promised. The entire process was so smooth and after I filled out credit application at home, it took me only 15 mins to seal the deal at dealership. Never thought it could be so fast. They even upgraded my Ioniq 5 SEL rwd to awd at the same price.
My wife will need a new car in a year or so and definitely I will come back to Sam.

Submitted the inquiry form on 9/24, got in contact with Harry to go over car details, sent broker fee via zelle on 9/25, got the dealer call same day, and then scheduled to pick up the car a few days later. The popular trim/color does run out if other buyers are going for them. Timing is key! If you don’t have flexibility on the color/trim you may have to wait for restock. The best part here is that there is no haggling required at the dealership! I love this process and the car!

Sam was wonderful to work with. The car we originally agreed upon was sold unfortunately. He took it upon himself to refer us to the dealer WITHOUT charging us a broker fee and got us exactly what we wanted. Honestly never seen a broker so readily drop his broker fee to help honor his word. Would work with Sam 100% again in the future when we need another car next June. Saturday: Went in to test drive an Ionic 5 at the local dealership, not looking to do a deal. Sales people sucked us in with a good discount on the sale price - of course ended up with us walking out while getting yelled at by the sales manager.
Sunday: Reached out to GC Auto - Harry found the car in the color combo we wanted, and was very communicative. Walked into the dealer, no fuss, signed papers and left.

incredible experience getting one of the new 13month Ioniq leases with Harry - texted him in the afternoon and arranged for pickup the same evening. There was a slight pricing difference at the dealership but all was taken care of in the end. Can’t believe how good the deal was, thank you!

Reached out on a Sunday - in contact with Sam a little later via SMS. Discussed what I was looking for on an Ioniq 5. Within a couple of days and some follow up he the exact configuration I wanted - color and everything else - paid him right at this point. (2024 Ioniq5 RWD Limited - Lucid Blue - Grey interior)
From the time he reached out to me, confirming all this; a few hours later I picked it up at the dealership. Dealership sent everything they needed for the credit app and all done ahead of time. At the dealership it was a quick process and the car in my hands and under 20 minutes.
Ended up doing a 13 month lease, which originally wasn’t my intention, but the offer was really good - Way better than doing a longer lease, which I had originally planned.
Sam is top notch and got a deal no dealership near me was doing unless you really had to invest in the time.
