Just want to share my great buying experience with Sam. Same as other people who use a broker first time, I was skeptical at the beginning as well, especially when the price sounds too good to be true. I work graveyard and don’t have too much time to go to dealers during daytime. I contacted several local dealers and physically went to Anaheim Hyundai because I saw they had over one hundred Ioniq 5 in parking lot and read people got great deals there. I guess my experience was totally diffetent and the sales gave me the attitude that they did me a favor to let me test drive and I was wasting their time when I negotiated price. On the other hand, Sam’s price is about $1000 lower than Anaheim, so with caution I reached out to Sam, who answered all my questions promptly with patience. His professionalism and online reviews helped me make up my mind, and I am delighted with my decision. Everything was as promised. The entire process was so smooth and after I filled out credit application at home, it took me only 15 mins to seal the deal at dealership. Never thought it could be so fast. They even upgraded my Ioniq 5 SEL rwd to awd at the same price.
My wife will need a new car in a year or so and definitely I will come back to Sam.

Submitted the inquiry form on 9/24, got in contact with Harry to go over car details, sent broker fee via zelle on 9/25, got the dealer call same day, and then scheduled to pick up the car a few days later. The popular trim/color does run out if other buyers are going for them. Timing is key! If you don’t have flexibility on the color/trim you may have to wait for restock. The best part here is that there is no haggling required at the dealership! I love this process and the car!
