We sent Sam a message on Friday and had our car in hand by Sunday, in the midst of a holiday weekend no less. I did my research and tried my best to negotiate with local dealerships, but everyone was slow calling back and giving me numbers I knew were bad. We got a better deal than we were expecting with Sam and are happy to have skipped the usual pain point of haggling with a dealership. Highly recommend, well worth the broker fee.
