BMW Leasing Wiki

Awesome, thanks! Should the page that I linked never be used?

Not for BMW. It’s rarely updated. For current incentives for BMW, the mothership website is the best. Edmunds forums for RV/MF, although that is easily obtained through BMWUSA as well with some simple math.

Bookmark this. It’s updated every month, usually a day or two after the new incentives kick in. Right now the title erroneously still states November incentives, but click through to the models and you’ll see that the December numbers are there. Keep in mind that the incentives may vary by region.

Are these the only incentives that can be combined? If all of those are applicable to me, can I use them all at the same time? My company has a corporate program with BMWFS that gives me $1,500 for the car I’m looking to lease and I’d like to see if there’s any other incentive out there that I can combine it with.

Also, can someone briefly explain what Loyalty/Conquest and Build Out/Option Credit are and how can we get those?

Cheers.

I’m actually reading the terms and conditions of the Corporate Sales Program and it says the following:

“Corporate Sales Program incentives can be combined with other program credits such as Lease, APR, or Cash credits. It is not combinable with the Loyalty or Conquest program. The BMW i3 Corporate Sales Program may not be combined with any other program credits (such as APR, Conquest, Cash credits).”

Is the Corp Fleet and Corporate Sales Program the same by any chance?

One and the same

Damn it the MF kept rising this year

It’s February. It changes. If you read through the wiki you’ll see it can fluctuate a lot throughout the year. MF isn’t everything. Right now an X3 M is cheaper than last month or December because of incentives. Look at the whole picture not just MF.

Great thread, thanks for the resource! Quick question regarding stacking incentives/factory rebates – can someone please confirm whether USAA and OL rebates can be combined with the lease and loyalty rebates? I’m eligible for all 4 rebates, but local dealers are telling me that USAA and OL don’t combine.

Dealers are correct. USAA does not stack with OL. It’s one or the other.

Im looking at a pre-owned bmw 3 series with less than 5000 miles but it was not a executive/service loaner according to CARFAX. dealership brought this car in from auction, my question is would it still be able to leased threw bmwfs and be able to receive all incentives? @Ursus

Not that I’m aware of because the car has already been titled previously.

Not if it was purchased from a regular auction, I think. But there might some caveats. @Electric?

It was sold threw auction as a manufacture vehicle but its already been registered before ( maybe a repo) only has 4,800 miles and originally sold January 31, 2019.

Seems like just a regular used car, so it shouldn’t be leasable.

Could still be leasable if it went from manufacturer vehicle to BMW dealer, depending on how it was registered.

It was a lease!

Then - NO…

Uh ask the dealer…
