The broker couldn’t find me any deals. Even when I told him to pull the trigger on a deal I never got the paperwork. I kept getting the runaround.

The main issue you’re having is that the i8’s that are out now are all 18’s.
Not saying that there is a center who would discount this car near 10% but I doubt you could find one.
Most centers in the SE are marking these vehicles up over sticker and with elevated MF.
My advice is if you want an i8 wait until mid 2019 when they are still all on the lot.

Get a good deal on a CPO 911 and you’re going to lose 25K max in two years, that’s just a little over 1K/month including taxes. Can’t touch that on a lease rn.
Well May has come and gone, August numbers are your reality. You can’t get bogged down by the ghosts of lease hacks past. If you need a car by end of month then you need to expand your search, know what the financials are for these vehicles including what a realistic number to shoot for is and find a dealer willing to work with you on discount.

Also to Sie, I don’t need a new car. I can be patient even though I’ve felt I’ve been extremely patient looking past 3-4 months. I’ll definitely check out the Deals section and see what other people are currently getting and be more realistic.
In the hackr world, waiting 3-4 months to find the single amazing deal is nothing…assuming you pounce when you find one.

No, August is the month. Not going to stress about cars past august. I’m going to find something get it and call it done.

There’s nothing to suggest those deals can be replicated. BMW would cut production if they had any sense.
Exactly what @max_g said. There were some that got Cruzes and Malibus for 50/mo or less a couple years ago. Try and find that same deal today.

I’d go with what was suggested above buy the CPO 911 “lose” $1,000 a month and sell/trade it at the end of 2 years.
