All of those missing details are exactly what is needed to determine how good of a deal you possibly have.
You’ve read 4 hours on here recently and thought, let me go with this for an evaluation?
Please ask them for some more details.
For example… what’s the selling price before incentives? what’s the MF? etc…
Here’s a sample calculator at buy rate, of course you need to fill it out correctly (taxes, fees, etc.) for evaluation. Calc Link

Without a breakdown, that could be the best deal in the world or the worst deal.
But it ‘looks’ like an ok deal. But can’t tell if it is a ‘good’ deal.
Nah, I got the worst deal last week.

I’ll update thread tonight when I have the details. The dealer is somebody that has sold dozens of cars to my friends, family and I.
He shot me those numbers without a breakdown today.
He did tell me the MF is not marked up. I will get number and update.
He said the RV is 59%.
@mister209 your deal is 9.5% off at buy rate assuming 9.25% sales tax. Best deal so far reported recently is 12% at 0.0013.
Edit: that might be in SoCal.
Yes RV is 59% for 36/10, and 58% for 36/12. No one can do anything about it, it’s set by BMW FS.
If MF is not marked up then it’s a decent deal, you could put security deposit down to lower it.
The $2500 due at signing seems includes down payment, normal minimum drive off(tax and fees) should be around $1600 to $1800…
I just took a deliver on a 530e around a week ago so we can compare. but I can’t get anyone to do base MF for me.
Are you in NorCal? base mf seems illusive here. I am also in the market, but trying to wait for UDE in August.
Yea, I’m in the Bay Area. I got the OL from the electric drive event, but might go to UDE just for fun.

I’m also in norcal and got 12% off at a partially marked up MF.
Title: Picked this up last week. Took several days of research and inventory tracking - I was fixed on m-sport - plus a few days of back-and-forth offers. Originally GSM rejected this deal but contacted me back next day and said the GM wanted to do it.
I was very impressed with this dealer’s sales team. It was my first time working with this dealer but hopefully not my last. Took some explaining to the finance manager that he marked up MF to the max (40 points v. 20), which was not agreed upon.…

How does the offer compare to the target deal you put together before reaching out to dealers?
Your offer is good considering the current market. Unless you have another 20 hours to invest into contacting every other dealer and playing games…your deal is fair. I would say take it if you like the spec of the car and need a 530e now…
Also, like others said, I would do driveoff only with no downpayment and add max MSD (multiple security deposits) to get an even better deal.
In the current market it’s a good deal
It’s a good deal. I’d go for it.

You don’t want to put MSD?
