Had him run numbers and I will be doing 7 MSD’s to bring rate down to .00058.
Also took another members advice and am doing zero drive off now too. Total worked out to 591 per month.

base MF is 0.00093… after 7 MSD it should become 0.00065, how did you get 0.00058?
