maybe I should wait. I am looking for a decent lease (not that fancy deals). If anyone has one, please PM me. Thx

what is the residual based on? 36/12?

These are all blow-out deals 12% on a NEW car.

On what car/deal? (20202020)

well any of them. you list a residual percentage, but not the months / mileage

36 months / 10k Miles for all of them, Residuals match that.

Then your expectations are set way too high, and BMW is not the brand for you unless you are willing to drive a demo.

It is just my opinion, my 2015 BMW when I leased it I’m paying 330 including tax with first month tax and dealer fee down.

2015 deals are long gone. Welcome to 2018.

Some people seem to still get good deal ,

What I’m saying is your deals are ok , some people can go negotiate them at any dealer not a wow deal at least for me.

That’s a loaner. OPs are new.

Exactly as mike said, that’s a loaner, these are NEW cars.

are these prices BEFORE incentives/rebates (like the $3k lease cash)?

Unicorn I’m sure. Thanks for sharing your deals it’s what makes the community great.

No need to link unicorns… you’re throwing out false expectations for customers.
