Your monthly could be $30 less if you do a 24m lease. I believe it’s a 65% residual

This is my first time leasing a Lexus so not sure on the loyalty…sorry.
But one thing you should know…some dealers only willing to give $2000 lease credit instead of $2500.

i am trying to do 7 msd…but dealer is saying not possible. max is 5…is this true?
@susie…its possible, each MSD buys down your MF…if your MF is already low and after doing 5 MSDs it’s at zero, then putting more MSDs doesn’t provide any benefit.
so instead of 8 or 9 msd, at 7 the .02 but with 6 its .17
why wont they let me do 7msd?

What is the mf at? That could be the issue.
if you gonna go to 30 mo, you might as well price it out at 24 mo (higher residual %) because Lexus lets you extend the lease for 6 mo at same payment (at least the have in the past, maybe something to look into).
