2017 BMW X5 40e Hybrid @SoCal

I was not able to get Adam but got started with a pretty good deal.

MSRP: 72720
Sale Price: 64500
Incentives:5500 with aarp(not clear how and where they are being applied)
MSD:7
Residual:57(unsure)
7000 down with 5250 MSD
662 +tax is the offer

When I plug the numbers and assume the aarp is in the sale price and even applying only 4000 in the incentives I’m getting 617 +tax .

Here are the FINAL numbers for my deal as I was not able to get any better than this, hope this helps someone and I am somewhat satisfied with the deal:

MSRP : $ 72,120
Sales : $ 64,500 (includes the $1500 AARP, and $1000 market allowance)
Incentive : $ 3,000 (Iperformance)

Acq Fee : $ 925
Residual : %57
MF : 0.00126
MSD : 7
MF after : 0.00077
12K/36M
Monthly : $645
W/tax : $695

Drive off $7246 with $4900 MSDs.

Still will try to see if the discount on the MSRP can be a little improved. What are the other fees such as doc and title, etc during the signatures that can be reduced or eliminated as I can see a hit of couple hundred there!
This forum has been an amazing learning experience and helped me save a ton. Hope my experience can help others as well.

Isn’t McKenna in Norwalk? Long Beach BMW is a Sonic Automotive dealership.

Yep, McKenna, is in Norwalk off the 605 freeway.

My bad that’s the one

Did you get any other packages included in the price, such as Wear and Tear or additional maintenance? Is your deal closed, at $655 exclusive taxes?

Deal just closed did not get any other packages! Super happy , incredible car.

74K MSRP,
65923 Cap
%57
655 no tax

Here is what I am being quoted, which is a bad deal in my op.

36/15
Msrp 73720
SP 69295
Lease credits $4000
Cap cost- 65294
Residual 55%- 40546
7 MSDS - 5790
790 before tax
847 after tax

No down, $2841 drive offs

Why %55 residual? 15k a year?

Very similar (almost identical) car to mine, I got $6500 in lease incentives 3k for idrive, $2k for market allowance and 1500 for aarp membership.

I think you are $100 more than you need to be monthly!

Here is the deal:

Msrp 72,320
1445 down for tire and wheel package.
No other $ down
15000 miles
7 MSDS - 4900
Acq 925
Fees and Ins. 654
Upfront taxes 468

Rebates 4000
Aarp 1500

699.01 per month including taxes.

How is this deal?

I hereby pass the X5 40e leasehackr grand maesters chain to @vaqua - may he now safely shepherd @svb into a $74k car at a leasehackr approved payment!!

Good luck - 1 day to make it happen

That is a great deal! Take it and run with it. Congrats

Amen to that! It will be interesting to see what the MF will be Monday with no MSDs? Hope our deals will look as good as they do today!:grimacing:

I’d be very surprised if they were- I think the new programmes will be out on the 3rd (after the MSDs End on the 2nd). I’m going to do my best not to check this site in case the deals ARE better!!

No remorse though- epic car

Thanks Hackrs! Followed your lead into closing the deal with MSDs. As @AMM said, I think deals may be better in May, but … a bird in hand…

My MF was at 0.00077 taking in aarp discount. I am curious to see what May brings with Memorial day.

Drove home the X5 40e! Splendid car indeed!!

I’m hedging - I don’t think they will be better…given how the RVs are dropping and the MFs are going up, if that trend continues or even holds next month, it can only be worse.

Glad you got in one today - welcome to the club!

With the new model not being released until fall of 2018, prices and lease terms will hold where they are (most likely) :sunglasses:
