@bostonbro5 pretty good deal. Can you please provide a more detailed breakdown. I am in NJ and looking for a TLX lease as well and will reach out to dealership around me and see if they can beat it.
Im looking for a car, similar to this, hopefully by the end of the year, how long do you guys think this deal would last, or should i wait for other lease offers in december (iām looking at entry level luxury cars). thanks
Thoughts on this? Iām surprised at how good it seems without even negotiatingā¦this was my first email contact. Think I can do better?
They put in the $1750 edmunds, I donāt quality for the $500 grad credit.
Looking through the other posts here, it looks like the dealer is getting $2000 in lease cash from Acura. So the actual discount they are giving you isnāt as great when you factor that in. If someone on here can confirm that, I would email them a counter offer with a sales price similar to the one in the first post and tell them that you know they are getting a $2k credit from Acura.
I have the Edmunds $1750 Code, but where is the info for the $750 Acura Financial Special?
Does anyone know if Acura loyalty cash can be applied with the $1750 Edmunds coupon?
Dealers saying you canāt, but Would like to confirm.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can help
Itās called Acura Flex Cash actually. I didnāt see any info on it, but the salesman mentioned it was a recent promo when I purchased 2 weeks ago. It looks like at least one other person on here received the same. I was skeptical it would stack with the Edmunds, but it did.
Thatās pretty sweet. Just contacted the dealership Iām working with and was told the $750 was only good for purchases and not leases!
It is stackable. Call another dealer.
Looks like my dealer stacked it
Ended up getting $230/month + tax in Georgia
$0 down
12k miles / 36 most
Edmunds + grad
Thanks for sharing. What dealer/where in GA did you get that deal if you donāt mind me asking?
Thanks!
Hi. Working on a first lease.
I got this offer in Texas. $315.71/mo, putting first month down ($315)
Any way to get this down ā obviously the sales price, but anything else look off?
Using the leasehackr calc it seems to come in more like $243?
MSRP $32,365
price $28,445
total aftermarket $349
cash $2,500 ($1750 Edmonds + 750 Acura)
.0007
36 months, 10K, residual .58
govt fees $190
taxes $1855
doc fees $150
total init paymt $2,815.71 (covered mostly by $1750 Edmonds + 750 Acura?) plus first month
residual $18,928
thanks.

Just went to edmundss and it looks like it dropped to $1500 instead of 1750?
What is the best deal received on a bass TLX with 12k/36? Fees & 1st mo down?
I paid 225/month for 3 years 12k
1500 Edmunds
500 Grad
1200 Trade in
550 out of the door w/ 1st month down
Muller Acura in Schaumburg
I saw the 1500 at one point and then a few hours later I saw the 1750.
I also saw a targeted ad on Facebook from edmunds for the 1750 offer.
Can someone assist please, my first lease ever! This is what I got from Montclair NJ Acura, for a 2016 ILX with Tech A-Spec and a 2017 base:
2016 ILX Tech A-Spec
36 Months
7,500 Miles per Year
$1,705.85 at Signing
$249.27 per Month
or
2017 ILX BASE
36 Months
$1,666.05 at Signing
$244.47 per Month
Please note*****These Payments are based on receiving a coupon via Edmunds for $1,750.00. It also includes $500.00 Flex Cash on the 2016 ILX as long as funds are available.
First Payment $249.27
Bank Fee $595.00
Documentation Fee $399.00
Tire Tax $6.00
Tax on Bank and Documentation Fee $69.58
NJ DMV $229.50
Tax on $2,250.00 in coupons $157.50
Total $1,705.85
or
First Payment $244.47
Bank Fee $595.00
Documentation Fee $399.00
Tire Tax $6.00
Tax on Bank and Documentation Fee $69.58
NJ DMV $229.50
Tax on $1,750.00 in coupons $122.50
Total $1,666.05
The MSRP for the 2016 ILX Tech A Spec is $35,810.00. My Selling price is $29,076.00 and then you would also hopefully have the $2,250.00 in coupons.
The 2017 Acura ILX Base MSRP is $28,930.00. My Selling Price is $25,199.00 and then you would hopefully have the $1,750.00 coupon.
Note: 7.5k miles is fine for me
An NJ dealer is quoting me the following:
2016 Acura TLX Base
MSRP: $32,635
Sale Price: $30,212.65
Residual: $20,560.05
24 Month Lease, 12k miles per year
Upfront Cost: Sign and Drive
Monthly payment: $355
Apparently the numbers include the $2,000 incentive as well as also factoring in $2,500 worth of additional incentives. I may have to drop from 12k to 10k miles per year. Thoughts?
Another dealer
$346.36/mo for 24 months, 12k miles
$298.51/mo for 36 months, 12k miles
Using $1,750 rebate.
