What is MSRP and sales price?
Great deal there, do you mind to share the sales person’s info who help you for this deal?
Great job! Do you have the deal’s numbers?
Jerry Hsu at Sierra Acura in Alhambra, CA
Sierra does not have any 4 Cylinders in Automatic from my conversations, or I would have jumped on this deal.
You can get a deal like that in the Bay Area if you’re willing to make the trip. I have an offer standing that I’m sure you could have.
EDIT: I see a bunch on Sierra’s website. I’m not even sure they make manuals.
Hi Im in Dublin CA Nor Cal, and would like to find this deal.
I just did a deal in MD (for DC registration) on a 2016 TLX 3.5 Tech. The base model had the best residual as well as a bigger dealer discount, but I was smitten by the v6 and the better stereo on the tech package. I think I could have done a bit better shopping around at other dealers but this dealer is my local one and time is money!
Thanks to all for the Edmunds certificate tips.

Hi, could you share the deal that you have in the Bay Area, I’ll probably make the purchase this week. Thank you very much!
Were you able to get a better deal…I am looking to lease one as well and wondering if you were able to get a better one
No, best offer I got from Turnersville Acura was $270/month with approx. $1000 due at signing or $300/month with $0 due at signing.
Senwia - are you saying the maintenance plan automatically includes gap insurance, or the lease does?
thanks for clarifying.
How does this quote look?
It seems like it mirrors OP’s deal…except the doc fee is very high (going to try to negotiate that down)
And also taxes on my state are on price of the entire vehicle.
So figure $200/month like OP’S + rolling in taxes + doc fee (~$3k)…bring it your the 289.68
The $2250 cash down will be the 1750 Edmunds certificate + $500 grad. These shouldn’t be an issue right?
Am I reading correctly or is there room for improvement?
Thanks
The lease auto includes Gap insurance.
Great getting the discount down. Other people are reporting a $750 Acura Financial Incentive that might work also. The Doc fee, protection package and window tint need to be brought down (protection package and window tint can be waived or brought down to around $200). Sucks that your state gets the whole tax upfront on a lease but apart from that looks great. between the discount and edmunds money you are saving around $9500 from MSRP. Thats awesome.
I agree that the protection package & tints seem inflated, but even after including those 2 things the purchase price matches the OP’s selling price ($26,288; before the Edmunds & grad)
Will ask if those can be brought down, but thought it’d probably be hard to get the price any lower than it already was (26,288)
Perhaps what the salesman did is decrease the car price and add in the tints and protection package (greater commission for him), and still match the OP’S price
Guess it won’t hurt to ask to decrease the tinting and protection pricing …which would make the deal even lower than the OP
Many thanks! That’s a relief, thought it would be another cost for me. Do you know, do all auto mfr’s include Gap insurance in their leases?
Got an offer from Springfield Acura in NJ for 240 a month for the base TLX, 900 down (taxes, fees, first month payment for 36 Months, 10k miles a year. Gonna try to get another dealer to beat that or get that number for 12k miles a year. Would be 253 for 12k miles from this dealer. Using Edmunds 1750, 2k lease cash.
@Stan_Snyder Sorry I don’t know that information but it should be on each individual manufacturers website in the leasing section. @bostonbro5 Deal looks good, maybe one last squeeze !
