Zero Drive Off = lower total lease cost?

Hi,

I noticed on the deal I was working on that the lease calc showed a total lower lease cost with the zero drive off checked/enabled?

Isn’t this a bug?

Embedding drive off costs into the lease would incur additional rent charges which should drive up the total lease cost.

Sure. Here is an example. $5,748 with $2k drive off vs. $5,698 sign and drive.
