20% is a strong discount on an X5 period right now. Do you have the lease worksheet to check all the numbers? If everything looks good there, I’d say you’re well on your way to a good deal. The 63k X5 is fairly base, though right?. If you’re not set on an X5, you can get more features for the same or a slightly higher monthly.
