As a side note, why lease an exotic for 5 years. I bet one would get tired of it quickly when you have that type of money.

Why spend $364k on a 5-year lease anyways. 488 Spider will never be worth 40k in 5 years.
That Lexus deal is just eyewateringly terrible. It seems pretty base too, doesnt have pano/luxury pack/Levinson audio/upgraded lights etc.
Deal would cost $53,500+ for a car that has an MSRP of <$50k. Makes zero sense.
$10,000+ of negative equity rolled in, but how you get there is another good story.
There has to be negative equity in that deal. Back in 2015 we were buying 3 RX350s for a business. They offered 25k a year leases on $55k FSports for $700 a month. We ended up buying them instead because 25k a year wasn’t gonna cut it 
Got offer for is300 2019 with 600 miles on it.
10k/24 for 1030/month… should of kept the lease sheat

Must have had nitrogen, pinstriping, oil change and car washes, wheel and tire, XS wear and tear, scotchguard, trucoat, glass replacement, credit life, gap , and clearbra all rolled in to get to that price. Sheesh.
I refer to that as a “we don’t want to do business with you” offer.

My guess: leased through the business as a business expense. Then will be bought out for the lease end price and sold to the business owner for like $1 then the owner can then register the car privately without having to pay massive amounts of sales tax, but also reap the profit when selling the car.
When getting a lease through a business expense for yourself you technically are saving 35% if you aren’t paying self employment taxes after paying yourself, and then paying for a car payment.
Is that really appropriate to run a 488 Spider as a business expense?
