The money factor is approaching 11%…what do you expect. Starting this month Jeep basically left the MY22’s out to die - most (if not all) of the incentivized support is gone. Unless perhaps you’re looking to finance or pay cash for a perfect situation, a MY23 is going to yield a much more attractive lease deal.

Probably using their car for Uber or Doordash. 
Allotted mileage for the lease is 15k miles per year, so they are 23k miles (68k - 45k) over mileage.
