I’ll give Toyota credit though, they strap on some new tech onto to ancient vehicles, I’m looking at you Infiniti. Plus the residuals on ’s are so stupid high. They also make some what of an effort to make the thing look different with some new front ends
Hey why change their business model?
Lexus is doing well with the older folks, so if they sell their units and don’t seem to care for a redesign then they should keep things the same.
Lexus they drive nice, sure the fun factor is not there other than the RCF cars, but that’s not what they are in for, they want to keep reliability as their number one goal and it seems they are doing well with that.
I like the Lexus headlights, their triple beam lights look fantastic.
Their infotainment is dated but much better than what’s in an Acura or Infiniti these days.
I think people that buy Lexus’s they usually look past the infotainment.
I think you answered the question earlier in your post. Given their average age, they probably aren’t looking at the infotainment systems much, if at all.
