Also BMWConnected sync your miles to their “skynet”
That’s nothing, My LS-F went through 3 sets of air struts on CPO warranty (now expired 
)before Lexus flew out a tech from the mothership to get the diagnosis right. I had 4 GX460 loaners for the better part of 100 days last year and probably put on a combined 12,000 miles on them.
Somehow they still love me though and I get first pick anytime I need a loaner.
