My advice is to set up an excel spreadsheet with formulas that calculate all the numbers. You can plug all the known variables in and get a monthly payment. Then you can either send that to the dealer or bring it with you to the dealer. The finance people are not going to waste much time giving you numbers over the phone because most are too lazy to make a sale, that is what the salesman is for, but most Chevy salesmen do not understand leases very well, so it goes back and forth and nothing gets accomplished.
I did do that and sent the sales person the spreadsheet. They agreed with most but when I was there and he plugged it into ADP it came to the different number.
When dealer fee + tag/reg were removed from adp the monthly payment was what I calculated. Based on that I am just not sure how they come to their results as it makes no sense to me at all.
Here the breakdown. Selling price was $19,040 for a Cruze LT with tech & convenience package. Incentives just lease cash +$1k conquest owner

Based on their numbers I am getting around $190 (all fees & disposition rolled in for total cost of lease) vs. $148 per month. Makes no sense to me
East Hills Chevy will honor this deal and so will Smithtown Chevy which is further out. You have all the info you need in this thread so don’t let them hassle you.
Ended up going to Smithtown after they agreed to my numbers. Went on the 15 when it was raining /snowing with over an hour drive one way. They pulled a bait and switch claiming that the car we had agreed on and I had called about an hour earlier to confirm had been sold. Then they tried to up sell me with a car that they claimed was $900 more even though I pulled up their site and it showed a $250 difference. When I called them out on it they back pedaled and claimed the bonus tag they advertised on their site and confirmed via email was actually $500 and not $1k. And that the conquest cash was only $500… And they wanted me to pay $1200 down-payment not including fees and taxes… Incredibly shady and a huge waste of time. The funny thing is that they claimed I had been chasing after them for over a month now under a different email so I’m assuming they thought I was you.
Too bad east hills got back to me after the 15 when the conquest cash expired. The deal is no longer worth it.
The $1k for conquest owners expired ? Would explain why I get a privet offer again , but given it’s only $500 for a cruze it of course comes out more expensive.
Dealer is telling me bonus tag drops to $500 instead of $1k if I’m leasing…is this accurate?
