You figure Volvo should have just partnered with AARP to hit their primary demographic.

Wasn’t someone on the forum here offering to vouch for their own personal ABA code if someone wanted to use it? I’m not sure if a single code can be used multiple times or not.

I couldn’t find anywhere on the ABA website that you have to be a member for 90 days to use the discount if you are a lawyer. It says discount is applicable to all “active lawyer members”

It’s a volvo requirement, not a ABA requirement.

ABA hasnt updated their site yet

My dealer is reading ‘affiliated members not qualifying’ as not allowing any sponsored pins. I had thought it just meant the sponsoring member had to be a lawyer (and thus not an affiliated member such as student, partner member, etc.)

Anyone know for certain?

reading comprehension doesn’t seem to be your dealer’s strong suit.

Thought so! Said they talked to their Volvo rep too and that was the reps understanding … Hard for me to explain otherwise, but will try again.

One other question: I assume a pull ahead vehicle has to be returned to the dealer you’re getting the new Volvo from? Or can it be returned locally?

thats the only way a pull ahead can be processed.

“affiliate members” are all of the “members” that signed up from LH in the past few weeks.
