I’m a bit confused. Currently, non CA dealers are offering a middle of the road discount on 19 RS5 around 7-10% off MSRP. Does this mean CA dealers have an additional 15000 cash on aging RS5??

I’d bet that $15k is total savings.
Because here’s what a 10% discount + $15k would roughly look like on the cheapest RS5 at his dealership (assuming this one qualified):
Even if that is $15k total savings, its still not bad considering how poorly RS5’s traditionally lease
if you read the header in says $15000 discounts . but i can do the RS5 @ 20% off which is 18500 off
