Hi, I need a 36/12/3k dn/$350 per mo. Lease on a Toyota Highlander XLE in NJ. Reasonable? My neghbour got this deal 4 weeks ago. Complete run-around at a dealer this wknd.
$350??? That cheap?
Things were a lot different 4 weeks ago
venture to guess your neighbor’s a liar lol.
How did you come up with $350/month in this current market?
EDIT: If your neighbor got this deal 4 weeks ago, that is light years in today’s market.
Maybe the “neighbor” put $5k down + additional money at signing to cover fees and what not.
Ask your neighbor for a pic on the contract’s first two pages without personal info.
Did your neighbor also trade in a vehicle?
Ill take one right now!, where do i sign?
Yeah but he put down $3k so not really $350
Wow, thanks for the quick replies. A couple of answers to your replies, she did trade in same vehicle at lease end. Wish I could ask to see her contract but a little awkward and she seems straight forward so maybe that’s one reason?
Q. Anyone then can suggest a realistic offer under current circumstances for a 36/3K dn? or to wait or other? Thanks again.
She traded in a 2018/2019 Highlander? They prob stole her equity…
You never stated what numbers you were offered.
EDIT:
Check out broker deals in the “Marketplace”.
They don’t have 2021s in stock yet
Sorry, who doesn’t have 21s in stock?
I’m around 525/mo 36/10 on a 44k msrp. Tax tags fees inc for nj.
With 3k down closer to 430/mo
Thanks, Msr. Rouleau
well, yes, that sounds rich considering you were just offered $100/mo less by Jim. Granted 12k vs 10k, but that’s only like $14/mo.
