Yes, they suggest any non-Tesla with a front facing charge port park in this configuration. Which then makes the Tesla people kinda angry, if the site is busy. Source- Supercharging Other EVs | Tesla Support
As @4sallypat reported similarly.

Correct, a non Tesla would occupy 2 spaces for 1 charger being used.
I avoid full chargers Supercharger locations whenever possible.
90% of the time I will arrive at Supercharger location that is less than half full.
As a disabled placard holder, I am prefer to use up a handicap space which is wider and only occupy one space per charger.
Thanks to the ADA!
This time, I had no choice to use a full Supercharger location (on a road trip).
Notice the Rivian in queue.
What’s the kwh can you get from tesla supercharger for your ford?
I took 53kw in 25 min peaking around 155 on a Tesla 250 plug. That’s all the Ford Lgt SR can do.
My Mach E maxes out at 120kW (SR battery).
Was having connection issues until I figured out you need to engage this slide switch under the adapter.
A2Z adapter has a tight fit and the slide lock needs to engage the NACS plug before charging. I use the tire to press the adapter and NACS together and feel for a slight click. Then I slide the lock lever. Now after 5 months of use, I don’t have to do that - the adapter is worn in and now just slips over without any pressure.
Upgraded Tesla adapter - A2Z Typhoon Pro (2nd gen).
Love the ease of locking the NACS plug and latching into CCS1 port.
And prepare for Tesla S/Cs to be BOLTED. Bros are gonna be mad.
I heard the adapters are already sold out via the GM store.
Even worse is that they will most often tie up two spots for two hours at a time.
Put that model on a per minute basis. ![]()
I can’t even find the item or part on the GM store where it shows sold out?
It’s about time Tesla bros shares our frustration as well ![]()
