Tesla Ordering Tips - And Most Other Reasonable Things Tesla [but no more]

This is very much an ‘allegedly’

Could just be a photoshop job…

Does anyone think it would be foolish to do a 24 mo lease on the model 3? I’m in the market for a new car but would prefer to not comit to a 36 as I’m hoping the market would be better in 2 years.

I also drive like 3k miles a year (wfh) so would financing it be better for my situation since you can’t do a buyout on the lease?

Yeah just buy it that way you’re not wasting miles & have the flexibility to exit at anytime

Then shouldn’t the headlines in 2021/22 have read “Tesla raises prices in US to kill demand”…which of course, was not the case.

I think any submitted order before the change will get adjusted. WOW.

a few people here have an order like that :fire:

Assuming Elon doesn’t raise prices before 2024. Tesla will be moving a ton of inventory when those EV tax credits become point-of-sale starting 2024. I expect delivery times to go up. $46,500 for a Model Y Perf, that is a lot of vehicle for the money.

I know some on the Discord are upset because of a suspect negative impact to used pricing, but I think going back to long waits for inventory will be good. Or I just rather be optimistic.

Q3 the Model 3 will get the big Project Highland update. New exterior styling, interior changes, new tech. Might bring a price bump.

I picked up my MY early march, $54,990. Wish I had a crystal ball :sob::sob::sob:, could’ve gotten a performance for a $1000 less than my LR or saved $3k. Oh well……

Don’t sweat it, I bought a M3 LR for $53k last year……… sold it for $63k couple of months later though

That’s awesome you made some money off of it. Unfortunately I don’t think those times will come around again anytime soon. Things are softening up.
